Can I ask for help on a Samsung smart tv, I am not too sure

Hi can I ask for help on a Samsung smart tv
JA: What Samsung model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: I am not too sure think it’s 4 years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: My wifi doesn’t come up onto the tv screen
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Samsung? What happened right before this?
Customer: sometimes it kept coming off the internet and going back on and now I tried to restart my tv when it came off and now it can’t find the WiFi again Been going on for 2 weeks

Thanks, ***** ***** the wifi module/ board on the TV has got an internal failure which is causing the issue, the following is the first troubleshooting step that should be tried and will help
- Disconnect the TV power cord from the power outlet/ socket for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in and check?
The above is a simple troubleshooting technique and if that does not work then the wifi module will be replaced on the TV to resolve the problem. I hope this info will help. If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask
