WATCHING COVID UPDATE MONDAY EVENING WHEN SCREEN WENT BLANK WIT WEAK OR NO SIGNAL MESSAGE. TRIED ANOTHER TV TO CHECK ARIAL CONNECTIONS AND ALL WAS OK.

Did you connect the other TV to the exact same aerial connection, or did it use a different connection to the same aerial?

If you used the exact same aerial connection and you are still getting a weak or no signal then the TV's built-in tuner is faulty....
