I retuned my smart tv but found that my analogue (Sky) Chanel Is now missing. Everything is connected and it is still working on my other two TVs .
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: My TV is UE49KS7000. I re tuned my smart Tv but it has lost my analogue (sky) channel. Everything is connected and I can still get sky on my other two TVs
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: All except sky channel works
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: everything was working until I retuned

Follow these steps please>

You will need to tune in the Air channels to receive all of your channels, follow these steps:

1) Turn on your TV.

2) Press [Menu] on your TV remote to bring up the Main menu.

3) Press [Arrow Down] to the Channel Menu, and then press [Enter].

4) Press [Arrow Down] to Auto Program, and then press [Enter].

5) Press [Arrow Up or Down] to select Air, Cable, or Air+Cable, and then press [Enter]. If you selected Air, the TV automatically starts the auto program. Skip to Step 8. If you selected CABLE or Air+Cable, continue to step 6.

6) You must now select the cable signal type your cable company uses to transmit both digital and analog channels. To select the cable signal type:




          • Use the Up or Down buttons on your remote in the Analog area to select the appropriate type, and then press [Enter].

          Chosen it’s now gone back to terrestrial ticked an is now scanning for channels, the list is digital, tv, radio and data/other. Not analogue. Scanning is now finished and 227 found. It never mentioned analogue

          Although I ticked analogue the tick came off it when I scrolled to start scan. I tried it twice

          Please answer. everything has been re scanned as you advised but this was what I did when I lost my sky channel in the first place. Please put me onto a Samsung expert. I think your company suspicious as a red message came up with an 800 number to call which was unrecognised when I tried
