Not receiving emails although I am getting email through my junk mail
JA: How's your Internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?
Customer: Internet ok. Email though microsoft outlook account
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?
Customer: It was working fine and just stopped. I have not changed settings
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Trying to work out whether it is on my laptop or maybe a profile problem. I did notice there had been what looked like access being tried from Nigeria. I am in Wales I have changed my oassword

Go to outlook.com

Click on the gear wheel top right then View all outlook settings.

Then go to rules and delete all rules shown

Then try to send an email to yourself please
