could you please tell why since open reach came yesterday i am not got the internet
JA: What device are you trying to connect?
Customer: i want to use my laptop
JA: Does your network appear in the Wi-Fi list on your laptop?
Customer: yes
JA: Which lights are solid and which are blinking on your router?
Customer: i am well over 70 years and no there is no blinking on the router
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: the only other thing is i have no apps on my moble
