My Samsung S10 is not updating and at times it's frozen
JA: What device is frozen?
Customer: S10 mobile phone
JA: When did you last charge your phone?
Customer: When the new one came out
JA: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the Power button)?
Customer: Yes but the main problem is it is not allowing me to up date software because it keeps failing to update
JA: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your phone. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the phone and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the phone.

My phone is still not updating, it gets to 28% then crashed saying system failed. Also saying error . Can someone help me please
