Have a Bose radio/CD player. I cannot lower the volume. Thought it was the Remote. Went online and bought a new Remote - arrived today. It doesn't work - cannot lower the volume. Help
JA: What is your Bose connected to or paired with? Are all cables connected tightly?
Customer: Yes. It works but at full volume Deafening. Is there a Bose outlet store near me . Bought it at Gunwharf Quays Portsmouth but the shop is closed there,
JA: Have you tried a different audio source (e.g. another TV, computer, or CD)?
Customer: Everything else works perfectly. It is just a question of lowering the volume

Can you please remove the power to the player (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the player, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
