hi i can’t log in to itv hub on tv i have changed password ***** still says incorrect details
JA: When did you last change your Wi-Fi password?
Customer: wifi ? i’ve not changed that it hasn’t asked for that just password ***** itv hub ?
JA: Have you connected to this Wi-Fi network from a laptop or desktop (either Mac or PC) in the past?
Customer: years ago now just iphone
JA: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i use to watch itv hub on my ipad and iphone but can’t get it to accept on tv even though i’ve changed password ***** entered email address

Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box ect (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
