On switching on my samsung tv it stays on for 2seconds and then goes of it comes back on again can repeat it self about 4or5times and then stays on and then I can switch it on another time and it will stay on what is the cause please
JA: What Samsung model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: ve3 wc6510ukxxu have had 1 year but bought it second hand from charity shop lady told them it had been in spare room that’s all I know
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes menus works
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Samsung? What happened right before this?
Customer: 2 weeks and before that colour went funny
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box ect (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

If the problem continues it points to the powerboard as the issue

It is the internal powerboard that has faulted.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the TV to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
