Customer: Un plugged out on box n changed batteries in remote

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Skybox . I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Please note, a rating is only needed when we are finished.

Can you please remove the power to the Skybox (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the Skybox , turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

I turnt it of n on had to press the button on box to turn back on it’s now saying step 1 of 4 telling me to get started press the middle button with a black dot on remote to connect via WiFi or connect via Ethernet

Ok, this is the issue, the remote has faulted, you will need to replace the remote sorry.

But it leaves me without watching tv as I’ve been living up stairs since they tuck my tv that was in living room to repair as I suffer with back pain n mental health n without a tv to watch it will send me over the edge without watching tv
