i trying to set up my TV and its asking me for my account I have not got one how do I set one up
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: crystal UHD
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No set up came up
