JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: 40" LED Smart 4K HDR TV
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: JVC LT-40C890
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: JVC 40" LED SmartTV
JA: How long has this been an issue with your LT-40C890? What happened right before this?
Customer: since yesterday-no
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: it has also had sound but the picture is a mass of colours an no identifiable picture . This has happened before but with a message saying weak signal - corrected by doing a digital aerial retune a cable retune Have a BT box.
