Hi! My name is***** am the expert who will be assisting you today.

Expert:  Pete replied 8 days ago.

Lip-sync error is almost always present due to video or audio being delayed too much allowing the other to get ahead.

To fix this, you will need to adjust the audio delay settings, either in the TV's audio menu or on the Freesat box.

This still hasn't solved the problem. Have tried adjusting lipsync on my Humax box, there is nothing available on my TV for this. Could it be the TV has developed a fault because for several years the lipsync has been fine
Expert:  Pete replied 8 days ago.

No, it is unlikely that the TV has a fault. However, sometimes unplugging all equipment for a few minutes can help debug any glitches like this.

You can increase or decrease the lipsync lag on the Humax box - try adjusting it in both directions.
