My CANON MX725 will not print. I have turned it on/off

My CANON MX725 will not print. I have turned it on/off several time. It is connected by blue tooth. I have turned on/off internet. The triangular symbol flashes in orange on the right hand side of printer.

I just get a printer error message. At the top of the this window there is a code CNBJNP_D8492FFCAI did ask to speak to someone rather than type. It would be SOOOOO much faster especially when I am having to pay for this service.

I have been doing that all week as I indicated in my very first message to this very unimpressive Just Answer service. I also turned my printer on and off and the broadband on and off since it is blue tooth.
