Good morning
JA: Hello. How can I help?
Customer: I sign ed up for a technical support, virus and vpn support at the end of March but have since had the computer wiped and have lost all the werboot programme. I have also bought a new laptop and wanted to make sure that this was covered as I had paid for 3 years cover. Can you trace this for me?
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your computer or device?
Customer: I think it's windows 10 IO'm not great at knowing the terminology!
JA: When did you last update your Webroot software?
Customer: On my original computer I haven't actively updated since March to my knowledge. Neither computer currently have it installed as it was removed and I have not installed on the new computer.
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think That's it. I do need all the contact details and stuff again.
