Hi, a video link attached to an email I got last year is no longer available.... is there any way I can retrieve it?

Customer: No... the email is still accessible just not the video.

Hi, I am considering having an LED illuminated bathroom cabinet installed. It has an infrared non-contact on/off light switch.
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: my question is, if we installed a ceiling PIR which would switch the power on and off when we entered the room. Would the light illuminate on and off as we entered and left the room?
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: It works with the existing cabinet which has fluorescent lights, but I’m concerned whether the system would work with the contactless infrared cabinet switch. The manufacturer Draper-Rhodes will not commit themselves.
