Hi I have a tv it’s quite a few years old and the picture a has started suddeling fading then going black and the. A few seconds later will turn back on it’s a Samsung
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: I’m not sure on the model?
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Probably like 9 years old Yeah the menu works fine
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: nothing at all probably around 3 weeks
