In my left hand top corner, I and seeing 'ProductivityBoss' Where previously I used to see Microsoft sign. Why is that?
JA: What Microsoft product do you have?
Customer: Windows 10
JA: What have you tried so far with your Microsoft product?
Customer: My email account and everything else associated with IT, I suppose. sorry I am a technophobe
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Outlook express
JA: How do you usually access Outlook? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my laptop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't know how to access troubleshooter in this case?
