I have had my TV(rm-3231) for 3 years. Never a problem - brilliant tv. However I try to use the remote to turn on tv but nothing happens - all I get is a red dot on the bottom left of the screen . I have changed the batteries in the remote... Help..

Customer: tv menu not working. Blank screen - yes has same problem on all sources
