Customer: I’ve got prime video but it won’t work on my tv. It’s too complicated with internet connection and resetting router etc
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: this years model toshiba
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: menu works but can’t get Netflix either
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

Unplug the power cord to your TV

Wait 10 minutes

Plug it back in and power on

Wait 5 minutes

Check to see if your issue continues and let me know the results

Now no signal on tv

On the side of your TV, you should see an INPUT button that you can press to cycle to each HDMI port and available option. Please press that button to cycle to each one.

If you do not see that button, on the TV remote, you will see a source or input button that you can press instead.

Make sure that you stop on each input to check to see if the signal is working now.
