the colour on my tv has gone dark. I have tried all the colour/picture setting but to no avail. My tv is a Samsung 7 series (43). Can you assist with any solution please
JA: What Samsung model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: Its 3 years old and its samsung 7 series model ue43nu7400
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes the menu works and the

Customer: The problem persist on digital and cable

Unplug the power cord to your TV

Wait 10 minutes

Plug it back in and power on

Wait 5 minutes

Check to see if your issue continues and let me know the results

Its still the same, too much red in it

Open Settings, and then select General.

Select Reset, enter your PIN (0000 is the default), and then select Reset.

To complete the reset, select OK. Your TV will restart automatically.

If these steps don't match your TV, navigate to Settings, select Support, and then select Self Diagnosis.
