JA: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?
Customer: Dell desktop
JA: How long has this been going on with your Pixma?
Customer: Today is my first attempt to scan
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: Sorry; we had better stop here. I do not remember updating anything and have no technical knowledge
