JA: How long has this been going on with your Galaxy? What have you tried so far?
Customer: First time and it was at the time when I added some data
JA: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

Hi there and welcome to Just Answer, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you.
I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.
Can you please hold the power button on the phone until you see a menu and choose power off.
Then power on the phone and tell me how it still has the problem.
Thank you

I am on holiday and can’t get to another phone

Remove the charger from the phone and hold the power button to off for 60 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the phone .

Let me know the results please

Thank you

Told you I was 80 - simple explanation I thought I had charged up my phone but hadn’t switched on the electric switch to charge the phone. Anyway it might give you a laugh I guess!

Happens to the best of us, no problem!
