JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Panasonic TX-L39E6B roughly 6 years old.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Menu works and I have IPlayer and news programmes
JA: How long has this been an issue with your TX-L39E6B? What happened right before this?
Customer: I have just inherited the tv which was purchased from John Lewis and having IPlayer installed I would like Netflix
