I have successfully imported video 8 tapes for editing on Pinnacle Dazzle. Now when I click on Import , the picture and sound stutter in 1-2 second intervals. The same applies when I try to pay a disc using windows play. Following several emails with Corel I have not succeeded so I installed the programs on my Laptop and they work beautifully. I need to use my desktop for the larger monitor; I am 94 and now only have sight in one eye.This problem suggests to me that something is now faulty in the Windows program. Can you help please. Do I need to reinstall Windows 10?

JA: What have you tried so far with your Corel software?
Customer: Yes and it works on my laptop with the sams installation disc. I have used it for a few years successfully, in fact I have bought one for myy Son-in-law and the ails just the same but works fine on my laptop.
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No exept to say that my disc player is the same and until about 2 weeks ago all was fine. Thank you.

This can happen if the computer is running slowly.

Ensure any unnecessary programs are shut down.

You can check in Task Manager to see if the computer has enough available resources - if it is short on memory then you will need to add some more memory to the computer.
