JA: How long has this been going on with your printer?
Customer: l used to have an account but it lapsed
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: probably the last time l contacted you
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no thank you. It’s just to sign up again as l am now in a position to work from home.

Go to (the HP Connected website) to sign in to your HP Instant Ink account, if you are not signed in already.

Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.

In the My Account section, click Change Billing Information, then Edit Payment Information.

Then save this to sign back up
