I’m not receiving any email for 2 weeks now,my inbox was full and I’ve deleted 100s of messages but still not coming through
JA: How's your Internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?
Customer: from my phone and my iPad internet ok
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Can you please hold the power button on the phone and iPad until you see a menu and choose power off.
