Where is the smart hub button on my new Smart TV please,

Customer Question

Where is the smart hub button on my new Smart TV please
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Samsung QE43Q660T, about 2 weeks old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes, I think so. I can get ordinary TV programmes, Youtube and iPlayer and all sorts of things I don't want. I want to install the Met Opera on Demand app and can't work out how.
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no, I don't think so, but I am 64 and not v. clever at this sort of thing

Hi there and welcome to Just Answer, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you.

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

It means the TV does not support this as they do not support all apps, if you wish to use the apps you need a Roku Stick which you can get here

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Roku-Streaming-Stick-Media-Player/dp/B076FH18TC

You connect this to your TV's HDMI port and it will provide you with Met Opera plus hundreds of other apps.

But you need this in order to get this on the TV.
