Hi, I have just purchased a Bush 19inch HD Ready LED TV model no VL19HDLED serial no BU031EWD02550 and we are unable to get all the channels tuned to the set, after following the instructions. I have no BBC, ITV Channel 4 or 5, etc
JA: How old is your VL19HDLED?
Customer: I picked it up approx 12 noon today from Argos Romford
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The menu comes up, and it downloaded approx 6 TV channels
JA: How long has this been an issue with your VL19HDLED? What happened right before this?
Customer: The TV is brand new so the issue is with the initial download of channels
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: not that I'm aware of, thanks

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Please note, a rating is only needed when we are finished.

Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box, wifi router ect (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

we have just reconnected the aeriel and power, and going on auto scan
we are getting no channels

If you connect another TV to the aerial, does that get the missing channels?

it does, the other TV is a smart TV, and we just set it up today

It is the internal tuner in the TV that has faulted.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the TV to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
