My remote does not work, there is nothing blocking the signal and new batteries do not help
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: T2-R
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: just checked the position of the remote and box and changed the batteries. No keys work, won’t even switch the box off
JA: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: don't think so, but it is stuck on one channel

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your recorder. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can you please remove the power to the recorder (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the recorder, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
