my huawei p3 lite new edition purchased in March 2020 is blocking nearly all of my calls, i have taken the block off but it still continues to block
JA: How long have you had your P3?
Customer: 6 months
JA: What have you tried so far with your Huawei product?
Customer: everything even took into an ee shop and they tried for 20 minutes and couldn.t help

Can you please hold the power button on the phone until you see a menu and choose power off.
Then power on the phone and tell me how it still has the problem.

If you put the sim card from this phone into another phone and use that phone, do you get the same problem?

It points to an issue with the sim card as the problem though, in the meantime

You will then need to reset the phone, this will remove all data and return it to new, so first,

Once all data is backed up (make sure it is to avoid losing your data), then please go to settings, search at the top for Factory Reset and select it.

Complete the reset, then setup the phone again and once done, tell me if it now functions correctly.
