Some weeks ago my MP600 stopped printing "Word" documents

Hi Some weeks ago my MP600 stopped printing "Word" documents properly. Lots missed off, blurring, allsorts.
JA: What's the brand and model of your printer?
Customer: Yet, I can print my bank statements as clear as a bell
JA: How long has this been going on with your printer?
Customer: Couple of weeks
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: Never. You're talking to a retard where such things are concerned
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Don't think so
