I have blocked a multitude of unsolicited e mails and changed my setting to all block emails to be sent to my Bin.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: gmail and I am still receiving said e mails and when I block them again a message appears it say this is from a srender on your block list
JA: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Tablet
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Click here:

At the top right, click Settings (gear icon) See all settings.

Click Filters and Blocked Addresses.

Find the filter you'd like to change.

Click Edit or Delete to remove the filter. If you’re editing the filter, click Continue when you’re done editing.

Click Update filter or OK.
