I have a canon pixma MG3050 and it doesn't work properly
JA: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?
Customer: Mostly a mobile sometimes a laptop
JA: How long has this been going on with your Pixma?
Customer: It hasn't worked properly since i changed the cartridge I have had it just over a year
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It starts to print after some time and gets stuck. It often comes out eventually after about an hour!

Is this problem of stuck printing happening when you try to print from phone or computer or both

It starts after a few minutes then stops for ages then after a long while it finishes. Sometimes an hour

Im concerned I have had to pay for this. I thought i was contacting canon which would have been free. It said my £5 was fully refundable. I want a refund and i will call canon for free
