After doing a data transfer from my Sony Experia 3, I changed the pattern recognition and now find I cannot recall the new pattern despite trying 14 times. I am now stuck and confused but do not want to loose personal data. Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem?
JA: What device is frozen?
Customer: Sony Experia 3. Mobile phone. Do you need the number?
JA: When did you last charge your phone?
Customer: Not sure but can recharge if this will help?
JA: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the Power button)?
Customer: On charge now but pressing and holding power button did not have any effect although now in safe mode.
JA: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Phone number is ***** disabled. Will this effect the result?
