I was trying to buy this e-book "sweet captivity", it keep on saying server error. Even though I just a different ebook few minute ago.
JA: What brand and model of e-reader do you have?
Customer: Kobo on my phone
JA: How long has this been going on with your e-reader? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Since this earlier morning about 2hrs ago and up till now.
