At the bottom quarter of my screen on all programs I get an

At the bottom quarter of my screen on all programs I get an over picture for another program along with a time 9pm to 10 pm .I have pressed all buttons but cannot remove the the over picture. Help !
JA: What device or product does this involve?
Customer: sky box Q
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: A new 43 inch LG TV and a new sky box
JA: What LG model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: six months old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes to both questions
JA: How long has this been an issue with your LG? What happened right before this?
Customer: The problem started yesterday prior to this all ok
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box, wifi router ect (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
