Can you please press the input or source button on the remote for the TV until you see the signal from sky.

Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box, wifi router ect (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Which HDMI port is the Sky box connected to?
Now use the input button and change it to HDMI 2 please
Can you connect the Skybox to a different TV and tell me if it works on that TV
It looks like the Skybox has faulted, so we need to rule this out.
If you connect something else to the TV, does that display? such as a DVD player?
Ok, then it points to the skybox not the TV as the issue, this will need to be replaced
