Hello Online Chat Chat - i was chatting with HOPEWELL about my TALK TALK telephobe line. I get an awful BUZZING sound and CRAKLES.
JA: What device or product has sound issues?
Customer: i have a SIEMANS GIGASET cordless phone. I called GIGASET they told me to change the battery, insteas
JA: When did this sound problem start with your system?
Customer: instead i bought brand new GIGASET phiones. I still have the same problem. HOPEWELL one of your agents has been assisting me for about an hour then we got cut off. I have had the problem for about 3 weeks. The new phones its the same.
JA: Does it happen on all the handsets?
Customer: i just got the new phones today. I only have one handset connected. I called GIGASET and the said it was line problem. I am 90 years old with a STROKE 4 years ago. I am partky deaf and losing my eyesight. I need the phones working for emergencies.
