Connection lost between qbox and mini box. Have disconnected both and reconnected 4 times no result
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: Samsung smart tv
JA: What Samsung model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: 4 years do'nt the model name
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Main tv works. Nothing on tv connected to mini box
