First, try going to Menu>Support>Software update to check for new updates. If this is the initial set up you may have to unplug the router so that it skips past this portion of the set up, and reconnect to perform the update.
If that doesn't work, you will need to perform a factory reset on the TV. Then set up the TV using the Samsung Smart Things app.

If you are using a wireless connection, try connecting the TV to your router using a network cable and let me know if the diagnosis test completes successfully when you do that.
