JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: iPhone
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: not for some time. I am overseas in Scotland at a new home. Just bought I pad pro trying to get emails put in wrong password ***** probkems
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: no how do I do that
