Cannot get incoming e-mails but can send them.
JA: How's your Internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?
Customer: Not a computer bod. The mail box option inbox. Dies that help?
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?
Customer: Nothing has bee altered. The firewall is on, have Malware and the broadband provider is providing security.
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Today is day four of the problem and the broadband provider BT messaged Microsoft about the problem on dat two (last Saturday) and the inbox is not full.
