Hi there and welcome to Just Answer, my name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you.

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

On your TV, go to your list of apps, look through the list for Amazon Prime and select it to install it.

Then open it to begin using it.

Let me know how you go please

Thank you Richard for your reply. When I go into the apps section, it is headed
Wireless connection, and then lists my BT hub, BT WiFi, BTwifiX, use WPS, and finally : Add Network. There is no mention of Amazon. I am therefore unsure how to proceed from here ? Regards. John.

Ok, not in the network settings as that is where you are, but in the apps section, where it lists all the apps on the TV. eg: Netflix
