Hi would you come to Hipperholme to fix my tv
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: it an old tv.. would you not come to it
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: what it is is that last night I sat on the two controls and now cannot get the tv to work. I get a menu but it won’t move from there
JA: The TV Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i think all it needs is to tune in the controls
