for some reason,I was asked for my microsoft password ***** it is not something I HAVE TO DO EVERY DAY,I DID NOT KNOW IT AND HAVING TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CHANGE IT AND NOT SUCCEEDING i still cannot access my account

Customer: a lenovo pc and tavlet and mobile phione-my emails are being received on my phone but not my pc
