My sound bar keeps going onto standby after a short time, how do I make it stay connected to bluetooth

JA: What have you tried so far with your sound system?
Customer: Just reconnecting as I dont see another option

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your soundbar. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can you please remove the power to the soundbar (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the soundbar, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Ok turned back on and connected to bluerooth but I wont know if the problem is fixed for about 20 mins to see if it turns itself off again

It is the internal mainboard in the soundbar that has faulted.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the soundbar to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
