but that is not my problem. I need to receive emails from a company called amazon. Hotmail have blocked them so not coming through.

Can you please check in your Spam / Junk folder as most times the email will go into this.

Let me know if you cannot locate it please.

Click on the gear wheel top right in outlook then view all settings then go to rules. Are there any rules there?

when I click the wheel. email settings. then comes up with general heading manage folders etc. nothing with rules

It is under Attachments and above sweep, on the left in the window that opens

yes, you now go to the junk filter to view them, if they are not there you need to have them sent again

Hotmail is not blocking the emails, it is only blocked if there is a rule for it or spam. Amazon offer no phone support so whoever you spoke to was not Amazon.

it was as I have amazon flex account and they have sent many emails. I work for them so there is a number I contact.

Hotmail is not blocking the emails from Amazon. You can check this via Rules and Spam.
