My iPad is disabled and I cannot unlock it please can you help?
JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: Apple I oad
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: I had an update and when I put my password ***** it came up iPad disabled connect to iTunes but I cannot get in.
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: What is that?
JA: The Mac Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

Let's try a soft reset on your iPad using the steps below...

Please press and hold down the POWER and HOME buttons together on your iPad until you see the Apple icon. After you see the icon, release the buttons and the iPad will restart.

After the soft reset, let me know if the issue continues.
