Customer: What system do you mean
JA: The Software Technician will be able to walk you through that. What have you tried so far to uninstall your Facebook software?
Customer: Everything to logging on resetting password
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

Click down arrow in the top right of Facebook.

Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.

Click Your Facebook Information in the left column.

Click Deactivation and Deletion.

Choose Permanently Delete Account, then click Continue to Account Deletion.

Click Delete Account, enter your password ***** then click Continue.
